Where do they come from

Have you ever seen the giant buoys out in the ocean? there was pretty famous one in the opening scene of jaws.

As you know I have a fascination with where things come from, so I had to snap this picture when I saw such buoys headed for the Atlantic this morning off the Maine coast.
